All orders are subject to our patient medication terms and conditions.

Prescriptions Policy

A valid prescription from a licensed physician must be obtained prior to ordering any prescription medications. ALL prescriptions must be written in the English language. We recommend the prescriptions include 3 refills to prevent getting a new prescription every time you order.

Canada Prescription Service will only send out a maximum of 90 day supply for each prescription for personal use ONLY.  Original prescriptions must be faxed, emailed or securely uploaded to Canada Prescription Service.  Your instructions for sending/uploading prescriptions will be provided upon completing your order and will also be provided within the content of your order confirmation email.

Shipping Policy

Once your precription is received after you have placed an order on our website, your order will be processed within 48 hours.

The expected shipping time for your order is fifteen (15) business days or approximately two and a half weeks. We do not guarantee shipping times only the delivery.

All orders are final and non-refundable once shipped as Canada Prescription Service cannot legally accept returned pharmaceutical medications that are cancelled or refused after leaving the pharmacy. 

If a shipped order fails to arrive after 21 days we will reship it at no cost. 
 
Tracking is an additional expense that varies by country and may or may not be provided. USPS does not provide tracking for registered mail on there website.
 

Return Policy

Pharmacies are prevented by law from accepting returns of any medication for use or re-use. We are sorry but we cannot accept any returned medication by law.

Currency Policy

ALL prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa and MasterCard.  All payments must be received before shipping any order. Payment takes place on-line when completing an order.

Language Policy

Customer Service Representatives and Operators at Canada Presciption Service are English speaking only.  ALL prescriptions must be written in the English Language.
